Q: Do you provide IP numbers to colocation servers?
A: Yes, we do. You can request as many IP numbers as you need. At current time, we don't charge anything for IP numbers.

Q: Do you provide software for colocation servers?
A: By default, all rental servers will be installed with UNIX operating system (Redhat Linux), Apache Web server, WUFTP ftp server and Sendmail POP and SMTP mail server. These software will be installed and configured for you at no charge. You can request us to install other operating systems and server application software. Windows NT server requires purchasing a NT server license (about US$500).

Q: How do we order your server colocation service?
A: Request a server colocation contract from one of our Sales Representatives. Send the contract to us by fax or postal mail.

Q: How long will it take to get our colocatin server up and running?
A: Fully configured server will be up and running on the same day we receive it. Rental server normally will take one to 5 business days. If you are in a real emergency, we can get a rental server up and running for you in one day.
